Camila Cabello Bio

Karla Camila Cabello Estrab Spanish born on March 3rd, 1997) is a Cuban-born American musician and singer. She gained notoriety as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed on The X Factor USA in 2012 after signing an album deal in conjunction with Syco Music and Epic Records. In Fifth Harmony, Cabello began to establish herself as a solo artist with the release of the collaborations "I Know What You Did Last Summer" featuring Shawn Mendes, and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter reaching number four on the US Billboard Hot 100. Cabello left Fifth Harmony in the year 2016 and came out with a variety of collaborations, including "Hey Ma", featuring Pitbull and J Balvin, for The Fate of the Furious soundtrack (2017) and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly. The album she released as her debut studio album, Camila (2018) reached number one on the Billboard 200 charts. The Latin-inspired pop album received a Platinum certificate from the Recording Industry Association of America. The album's first single "Havana" was a top chart hit in several countries including the US and UK and the follow-up track "Never Be the Same" reached the top ten across multiple countries. Cabello's 2019 duet with Mendes, "Senorita", was her second single to make it to the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Romance (2019) is her album for her second studio, was a top 3 hit on the Billboard 200 charts and at the top spot in Canada. Cabello will appear in an adaptation of Cinderella (2021) for Sony Pictures.
